John is a national award winning community development practitioner and trainer. John designs, implements and manages multi-sector collaborations, provides assistance to micro and social enterprises and community organizations, and develops and helps implement organization sustainability efforts. John has worked with all levels of government,  nonprofits, real estate businesses, and resident  based  organizations. John also assists funders in developing Program Related Investment strategies.  John is a national consultant for the NeighborWorks  Community Impact Measurement effort utilizing the Success Measures Data System (SMDS).

Alyson Parham Small

Alyson, internationally known for her organizational development skills, specializes in conducting and teaching grant research, writing, and performance evaluation reporting. She is a recognized expert at organizational capacity-building, strategic planning and program and project management. Alyson has nationally led programming and training for the U.S Department of Justice. She has expertise in community-based crime intervention programming, neighborhood revitalization services and strategies, and community engagement with nonprofits, resident leaders, faith-based organizations, government agencies, foundations, and universities. Alyson is a national consultant for the NeighborWorks Community Impact Measurement effort utilizing the Success Measures Data System (SMDS).

Westley Falcaro

Westley provides expertise in community and resident engagement, neighborhood and organizational management, multi-partner and government collaborations, social enterprise, and organizational finance. A communications specialist with experience in advertising, marketing, communications, public relations, and public speaking work nationwide, Westley provides organizing and leadership skills training and a focused persistence to goal accomplishment and mission achievement.

Connie Haas Zuber

Connie provides expertise in neighborhood and resident engagement, city planning, social enterprise development, historic preservation management and promotion, and organizational management and planning. Her years of experience includes work with government agencies, private developers and business operations in the areas of finance, fundraising, marketing, public relations, and social media.

India Spikes

India brings years of expertise working with the legal services community coordinating and providing resident and community services in detached and multifamily communities.  India successfully develops and implements multi-sector collaborations, plans and implements resident engagement activities, and manages documentation and reports on the provision of services to special needs communities. India is a national consultant for the NeighborWorks  Community Impact Measurement effort utilizing the Success Measures Data System (SMDS).

Zachary Wittrock

Zachary, is NFR’s data and Salesforce software tools specialist.  Focusing heavily on data management, statistical analysis, and business management analysis, Zach researches and writes grants, coordinates resident driven community impact studies, and measures and reports on program social returns on investment (SROI). Zachary is a national consultant for the NeighborWorks Community Impact Measurement effort utilizing the Success Measures Data System (SMDS).
